I think they have it at Powell&#039;s. It should be a good deal with the employee discount.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[Francis Fukuyama was an enthusiastic supporter of the Iraq War.  I just cannot possibly take his unhappiness about US politics seriously.  In all truth, I can&#039;t take the idea that he is qualified to do anything more intellectual than be Assistant Manager at Powell&#039;s* seriously.

I just wondered if Fukuyama had referred to Dani Rodrik&#039;s Trilemma (The Globalization Paradox] i.e. global markets, nation states and democracy are mutually incompatible; you can have any two but not all three. 

What&#039;s happened to Greece makes me think the Trilemma is real and that it&#039;s democracy that is always going to lose out.]]></description>
