It is an attempt to have more of an arm&#039;s-length review of the state of civil society in different countries, to serve as a basis for discussion or advocacy. I&#039;d be curious what you think of it by comparison - both the NGOSI and the Civicus report have been influential at donor meetings looking at the NGO Enabling Environment.]]></description>
