1. Download your Application Form
Download your Application Form either using a laptop or computer. If downloaded through your mobile the form will be presented incorrectly, so make sure to download using a desktop.

3. Fill in your Application Form
The Application Form will ask 3 key questions requiring you to write a maximum of 600 words. You won’t have to write an essay, just enough that we get a taste of why you think you’d be a great Festival Manager. You’ll also have an Application Pack to read through to help you out. It’s full of loads of helpful information including a bit of background on Oxjam, a Role Description and a Festival Manager Timeline.
4. Send us your completed Application Form
Undoubtedly one of the most important steps to becoming a Festival Manager – don’t forget to send your Application Form in! You can send your form into us by email to email@example.com or post it to Oxfam HQ using the address ‘The Oxjam Team, Oxfam House, John Smith Drive, Oxford, Oxfordshire, OX4 2JY’. Our official deadline was the 17th of March, we are however still taking in applications up to the 22nd of April.
5. Attend an interview
Now it’s time to put your feet up and await contact from a member of The Oxjam Team. We aim to invite as many promising candidates to interview as possible – so we’ll hopefully be seeing you soon!
