APPLY IN 5 SIMPLE STEPS
1. Register your interest
It takes less than a minute and lets us know you’d like more info. Click the button above and you’re on your way to becoming a Festival Manager. Go on, give it a click.
2. Download your documents
Once you’ve registered you’ll be sent to a page where you’ll be able to download your Application Pack and Application Form. Don’t worry if you exit too quickly, we’ll also send you an email (make sure to check your junk folder).
3. Fill in your Application Form
The Application Form will ask 3 key questions requiring you to write a maximum of 600 words. You won’t have to write an essay, just enough that we get a taste of why you think you’d be a great Festival Manager. You’ll also have an Application Pack to read through to help you out. It’s full of loads of helpful information including a bit of background on Oxjam, a Role Description and a Festival Manager Timeline.
4. Send your form to us!
Undoubtedly one of the most important steps to becoming a Festival Manager – don’t forget to send your Application Form in! You can send your form into us by email to email@example.com or post it to Oxfam HQ using the address ‘The Oxjam Team, Oxfam House, John Smith Drive, Oxford, Oxfordshire, OX4 2JY’. Whatever you do just make sure it’s with us by Sunday the 17th of March when applications close.
5. Attend an interview
Now it’s time to put your feet up and await contact from a member of The Oxjam Team. We aim to invite as many promising candidates to interview as possible – so we’ll hopefully be seeing you soon!
